Sometimes the best things are free! Here are some ideas
to make the little ones happy.
1. Making funny faces
2. Tickling!
3. Going outside and collecting leaves, pinecones,
interesting sticks, etc.
4. “Helping” with chores - sweeping the floor, folding
laundry, etc.
5. Splashing in a puddle
6. Swinging!
7. Playing with kid’s modeling clay (store-bought or
homemade)
8. Petting a friendly animal (with supervision, of course!)
9. Playing hide & seek
10. Singing a song - especially ones with movements: Itsy
Bitsy Spider, If You’re Happy & You Know It, etc.
11. Dancing to music
12. Jumping up and down
13. Making animal noises
14. A good game of chase
15. Playing pat-a-cake
16. Pouring water (best done in a bathtub!)
